To apply as an Egg Donor, check

if you meet the basic requirements:

- Be between the ages of 21 and 29.

- Be healthy, with a healthy family history.

- Be with Body Mass Index (BMI) of under 25.

- Be nicotine, Cannabis, and drug free.

- Be a university student or graduate.

- Be a legal U.S. resident, or have an appropriate visa.

- Be not pregnant or breastfeeding.

- Be dependable, responsible, and reliable.

- Be consistent with attending all doctor appointments.

- You agree to psychological, drug & criminal screening.
